From the 12th to 18th Dec 1980, the Senior Masters of Sri Maharshi Mahesh Yogi Ashram of Nagercoil (Kanyakumari Dist -Tamil Nadu) trained me in Transcendental Meditation twice a day (Morning & Evening 30 minutes).
