Dear Avathar Sri Sesha Bhaktha Samaajam,

I wish to share with all, a miracle experience I had recently.

On the night of 7^th. October, 2010, I was just thinking about Chinna Mahan and how He left us suddenly and got deeply emotional. At about 9 p.m., when I was in this mood, I suddenly felt my 6^th. sense tell me that my my son Anirudh, who was on a school trip, could be suffering from fever.

At that time, my son was somewhere in Agra. I immediately tried to contact him at the hotel he was staying in. I had been trying to contat him for the past 24 hours, but was unsuccessful.

This time however, by Mahan’s Grace, I was able to get talk to him, and indeed, as was conveyed to me by Mahan, through intuition, he did suffer from fever, the previous two days!

Luckily the school authorities on the trip, were well equipped and he was alright, by the time he landed at Mumbai on morning of 9th. October.

Such was our Mahan’s Grace in letting me know that my child was down with fever !! (my son had carried with him, and had applied Mahan’s sanctified Vibhuti which we all keep at home.)

On the very next day, on the evening of 8^th. October, 2010, I had gone to parents place to meet them at Dadar, when a brown colured butterfly circled my head and vanished just outside the doorstep.

With our Chinna Mahan appearing as a butterfly to many of our Bhaktas, I am sure this must be His way of blessing us.

My mother also regularly writes Mahan Manthram.

Guruji – our Guardian Angel – Shri. Seetharaman

Shri. Seetharaman of Thiruvannamalai who has had the fortune of serving our Poojaniya Guruji during His final mortal days, before His MahaSamaadhi, to this moment recollects and narrates the most enchanting of Miracles our Swami has blessed him with….

 

Once when Shri. Seetharaman was travelling with his father-in-law to be, on his motorbike. He was explaining to him, about the Blessings and Grace of Mahaan and Swami on the lives of Their Bhakthas. They were travelling on a highway, at quite a speed, and as they were talking about the Glories and Divinations of our Lord, there was a beautiful yellow butterfly that flew about and settled on the handlebar of his bike, just as they were travelling!

Both Shri. Seetharaman and his father-in-law were astounded to see a butterfly come and perch on his hand, at a moment when they were actually talking about our Swami, and the miracle that a butterfly could perch undisturbed, on a bike travelling at a speed of nearly 60 kmph, was an amazement!

Rejoicing at the miracle and that our Dearest Guruji had blessed upon them, they stopped the vehicle, and offered their love-filled prayers to His Holiness. Soon, the butterfly left….

 

 

 

Guruji’s Sparsham (Divine touch)…

Feels great to know about Sesha Bhakthas’ amazing encounters with Guruji’s Divine Darshan in form of beautiful butterflies. Here is what I also wanted to share. I recently went through a similar kind of experience last month on 25^th. of August, exactly at 3:00 AM.

I was in office, working on some case, and it suddenly struck me that I needed to go to the nearby ATM. Unaware of the time I went downstairs and realized that it was raining heavily.

Now, there came a beautiful-looking butterfly from outside and it came flittng and struck my forehead exactly at the point where Guruji used to place his thumb. It tried to sit around my shoulders and chest.

Finally, it sat on the wall and I took a picture of it.

It was there for few minutes and flew away somewhere in the dark. I noticed the design of a trishulam on its back.

Guruji’s Divine presence reassures us that He is still in and around us.

Guruji and Mahaan’s Love

I wish to share my feelings over an experience of the Love of our Lord, which convinced me that it is not for long that SeshaNatha and Beloved Guruji, allow us to dwell in sadness.

The Love and Compassion of Sesha Mahaan and Guruji is boundless, and all-compassing. Their Divine Presence drowns us in their Love…

It was the 20^th. of September 2010, a Monday morning. We were in Bangalore. On and off, the nostalgic thoughts of the happy moments with Guruji kept troubling me. We had just returned from Thiruvannamalai.

Santosh and me had taken Harsha out to a friend’s place, an hour away from home. It was about 10.15 a.m. In the morning. Harsha was playing in the front yard of the house, where there were some potted plants. Santosh was with him. As they were playing, Santosh noticed a beautiful tiny golden yellow butterfly, with brown speckles on it, hover around. Soon it approached them, and it flew straight to Harsha, flit about his face, and sat on his dress for a few moments, before it flew away. We were thrilled.

The next morning too, we were supposed to meet our friends. We were there again at about the same time. This time, I too was outside, waiting. Surprisingly, we noticed the same butterfly come to us again. It was flitting about our faces!

So much more surprising was the fact that Santosh noticed not one, but two tiny golden yellow butterflies, (both looked alike), and both the butterflies came and perched on me – one on my shoulder, and the other on my dress!! It was astounding! After a few moments, the butterflies flew away..

Soon, we went inside the house.

After about a half hour or so, I had to step out of the house to attend a phone call. When I did, I soon found one of the butterflies flit and approach me. I was astonished, that the butterfly was still around, beautifully flitting close by!

In a matter of a few seconds, it came close to my face. I instinctively stepped back, and yet it crept over my dress, and it remained there. What a beautiful feeling it was, to behold our Guardian Angel, our Guruji! As I waited, half-hearted to leave the place, enjoying the Beauty and Grace of our Supreme Master, it was a whole 15 minutes, before I finally was left with no option but to go back inside. (Never in all these years of my life, has a butterfly come to me!)

Guruji and Sesha Mahaan have been the epitome of Love and Beauty in my life. Where there is sunshine or rain or spring, – it is nothing else, except the Divinity of Guruji and Sesha Mahaan….

Guruji’s Benign Blessings

We first met Guruji, a few months back. Guruji initiated us with the Maha Mantra and gave us Vibhuthi blessed by Him. In the initial days after we returned to Bangalore whenever we prayed and applied the vibhuti we had pleasant fragrance. When we told this to Guruji, He said that this is Mahan’s way of showing acceptance. We developed a great Love and affection towards Guruji.

A few days after Guruji’s Samadhi, at about 7 PM while I was working in my room a beautiful butterfly with golden spots on its back hovered around for a few moments. I was extremely happy and prayed to Guruji. In all the years so far, we never had a butterfly flying in at that time or any other time!!

Guruji’s Divine Love and Shri. Velu’s Dear Faith

I am very happy to share some of Shri. Velu’s experiences with our Dear, Reverend Guruji…

Shri. Velu, residing in Thiruvannamalai, had known Guruji for the past 6 months. In this short span of time, Shri. Velu’s love for his Swami was so firmly and deeply established, that his relationship and Divine experiences with Swamigal, leave a profound impact on all of us. It brings great rejoicing to all our hearts…

A few months back, when Shri. Velu had visited Swamigal, His Holiness had asked Shri. Velu to sit with Him, and chant Mahaan’s Moola Manthram. After a while when Shri. Velu had been chanting the manthram, the beads of the japa-mala in his hand started to quickly run across his fingers on their own!

It later happened in his own home too, when he was once chanting Mahaan’s manthram…

Recently, in the past month at the time when Guruji was taken ill, Shri. Velu, with his family, had once visited Swami. Guruji, during His illness, had bouts of severe coughing, and was severely short of breath, and barely able to converse. When Shri. Velu was with His Holiness, His cough completely stopped, and Guruji was able to talk to him and his family, for nearly an hour!

Guruji had told him that Velu’s presence made him feel happier and He felt His condition in a better state!

Shri.Velu was Mahaan personified, to have kept our Beloved Guruji in good cheer, during His sickness and ordeal!

Such Devotion and Such Divinity!

Shri. Velu felt the fragrance of Sambrani (Frankincense), all the while, in Guruji and Mahaan’s Presence.

In the days following Swamigal’s Samaadhi, Shri. Velu had been regularly visiting Guruji’s bereaved family, and Swami’s Samaadhi. He was blessed with Swami’s Darshan in the form of a beautiful butterfly, on several occasions.

With such verve, confidence, and sheer joy, he informed us yesterday, that whenever he closes his eyes in prayer, thinking of Guruji, he is blessed with a heart-warming Darshan of His Holiness, in the form of a butterfly, wherever he goes!

He is so inspired by Swami’s showering all His Love and Grace, that he refuses to allow any depressing thought to overcome him.

Blessed is he, who served our Swami, during His last days on earth!

His faith in Guruji shall ever remain an inspiration to all of us….

The day before yesterday, when I was in office I got a call from my husband, Jambu, that Vedika was not not well and her teacher had called. I was speaking to him standing outside my office room where there is a Photochromic Glass, wherein you can see outside but people outside cannot see you. While speaking to him I saw a YELLOW BUTTERFLY outside the glass – as I spoke I saw it. It did not move from where it was, and I tapped it from inside but it did not move. It felt as if it directly saw me! The same incident repeated yesterday when I spoke to mother in the afternoon!

It indeed is true that our Guru is constantly in touch with us in some or the other way. Guiding us, taking care of us.

Guruji’s Reassuring Divine Omnipresence

I wish to share my recent experience of Guruji’s reassuring Grace…

Glory be to my Beloved Guru, my Lord – Blithe Spirit,

O tender-hearted one!

Who continues to shower His Grace upon His Bhaktha,

like the beautiful sunshine,

filling his heart with beauty and colour,

everlasting joy and hope….

Glory be to my Lord whose breath upon me,

gives me reason to live…!

4^th. August, 2010, Bangalore.

It was two days after the earth-shattering feeling of having lost our Dear Swamigal. We were back in Bangalore, and I had been with Harsha to school, to drop him. He refused to go in, still clinging to me, crying. Suddenly Harsha’s teacher distracted him with a tiny yellow butterfly that came flitting by his side. Before I knew it, Harsha had already caught the butterfly. Feeling bad for the poor creature, I feared it would get crushed between his fingers. When he freed the butterfly, I was amazed to see that it few away unscathed! For such a tender creature to flit away unhurt, after such a firm grip was amazing…Soon Harsha finished his school, and the day passed, uneventful.

5^th. August, 2010, Bangalore.

The next day, again, I was waiting for Harsha’s return, at his school. As soon as Harsha returned, we made our way to the car, and just as we were to get in, a small yellow butterfly came flitting by and perched on my dress, for about nearly 30 seconds. When I noticed it, it seemed to be the same yellow butterfly I had seen the previous day! (or rather another one of the same kind!)

I wanted to show it to Harsha, but as soon as we got in, it again flew away. A little disappointed, but wonder-struck at how the same butterfly could approach us again, left me pondering….We were still on our way home, and it might have been less than 10 minutes, when our driver announced that there was a butterfly inside the car. Much to my amazement, it was the same butterfly again! Fearing it might be blown away by the wind, we rolled up our windows, and were gladly watching it. It was perched still, on the glass of our front window.

When we almost got home, I opened the windows to let it free. Suddenly, I saw that the butterfly came hovering around me, and over to Harsha’s face, hands, and it nearly touched his eyes! Harsha was laughing enraptured! He did not make any attempts to catch it. It still hovered around, and after a few moments, flew out!

I was thrilled beyond words to think about this incident, even at this moment!

I heard from kith and kin, how a beautiful butterfly made its Presence felt, by all Bhakthas and Sishyas of Guruji, not only during the sacred ceremony of the interment of His mortal frame, but also the following day, when a few other Bhakthas visited His Holy Samadhi to pay their last respects to Him.

It was a striking parallel – definitely not a matter to be taken lightly! Why, of all the days had a butterfly to repeatedly visit us, and stay with us for quite a while, especially inside a car! It had never happened before! The way it hovered around us, left us in no doubt, that it was our most Beloved Guruji, Swamiji, who had come to shower His Divine Love, Grace & Blessings and to reassure us of His Omnipotent Omnipresence!!
