GURUJI’S FAMILY

Avathar Sri Sesha Bhaktha Samaajam expresses its Anantha Koti Namaskaarams to Guruji and His Blessed and Noble Family – Poojaniya Amma, Shri. Gokula Krishna, Smt. Kokila Priya and little Mukesh. With their Supreme Sacrifice, Divine Love and Magnanimity has the Samaajam thrived and flourished. They have gifted to us our Supreme Guru, our Divine Light..

The Shrine for our Benevolent and Beloved Guruji has been blessed to us through His Reverend son, Shri. R. Gokul Krishna, through whose Blessed hands, comes alive, our Guruji’s Heaven on earth.

GURUJI’S SPIRITUAL JOURNEY

Guruji’s Spiritual journey began in the year 1980, when He was first initiated into Transcendental meditation, at Sri Maharshi Mahesh Yogi Ashram, Nagercoil.

Continuing thus, in June 1986, blessed and ordained by Sri Santhananda Saraswathya Avadhootha Swamigal (from the Dattatreya Parampara), of ‘Skandashramam’, Guruji was blessed with the words:

You would soon meet, a Great Spiritual Master (Self-Realized Spiritual Guru), and He will guide you to reach your goal (Self-Realization)! You have to visit my Guru’s Samadhi Shrine and Parama Guru’s Samadhi Shrine.”

He was initiated into ‘Ambal Upasanai’, by the Divine Mother Sri Matha Bhuvaneswari Ambal.

After deep meditation and penance, He was soon taken under the wing of Sri Swayam Prakasa Saraswathya Avadhootha Swamigal, Dattha Giri. blessed by the words:

I will grant you the divine vision. You should learn to guide all of your actions by the inner will of your conscience attuned to the will of God, and not by your emotional feelings and instincts.”

Tuning His will with the Master’s, Swamigal continued to visit the shrine till about the year 2003.

The 19th. of August, 1987, a Saturday, was a Golden day in Swamigal’s spiritual pathHe met His Guru, Sri Guru Mahadev, a Self-Realized, Great, Spiritual Gurua Sri Vidhya Upasaka as well as a Hanuman Upasaka.

Guru Mahadev, was a medium of Hanuman and Sri Raja Rajeswari Ambal.

Guru Mahadev ordained our Swamigal, to build a new temple for Sri Vidhya Hanuman just opposite to the Ganapathi temple. As per His guidance, Swamigal built it over a period of six months, from August 1990 to February 1991. The Prathishta of Sri Vidhya Hanuman was celebrated on the 4th of February 1991 (on the day of the Hastham star). Annadaanam was performed. Around 1500 people were fed.

Under the Holy guidance of Sri Guru Mahadev, Swamigal started on a long pilgrimage to several temples across Southern India.

Swamigal received His training from Sri Guru Mahadev on various meditation postures, and specially in ‘Siddhasana’, (a special asana, that would aid one in freeing himself from the worldly affairs).

Soon He was also trained by Sri Guru Mahadev in Sri Vidhya Upsana.

Later on, He was also trained as a medium of Sri Raja Rajeshwari (Sodasakshari Mantra).

Sri Guru Mahadev advised Swamigal, to do the Sahasrara meditation.

He blessed our Swamigal to do the Para-Brahma Upasana (the ultimate in Upasanas.)

From 1989 to 1993, on several occasions, our Swamigal was also blessed by the Holy Sri Sadasiva Brahmendral, with spiritual knowledge.

In the year 1989, in the month of November, Swamigal was taken to the Jeeva Samadhi of Avathar Sri Sadasiva Brahmendral, and with His blessings, was imparted the Nayana Diksha, by Sri Guru Mahadev.

SWAMIGAL HAD ATTAINED GURUHOOD, AND HE WAS IN A POSITION TO INITIATE ANOTHER SOUL ON TO THE SPIRITUAL PATH!

After several Upasanas, on July 27th, 1993, Brahmendral said:

Your destination is not my Samadhi Shrine, but remember your Guru Mahadev’s words. PROCEED TO THIRUVANNAMALAI, WHERE YOU HAVE TO MEET TWO GURUS. One is Sri Seshadri Swamigal (Jeeva Samadhi), and another you will know on reaching Thiruvannamalai.”

Sri Guru Mahadev, soon said to Swamigal:

Kaladeva (Yama) calls me! There is one more assignment for you! your final abode is thiruvannamalai (190 kms from chennai). you have to go to thiruvannamalai. SRI SESHADRI SWAMIGAL APPEARED IN MY DREAM. Sri Seshadri Swamigal’s Adhisthana is at Thiruvannamalai. (Adhisthana- Jeeva Samadhi)

Forget me please!”

Sri Seshadri Swamigal is an Avathar

He is a SiddhaPurusha!

The Greatest Spiritual Master,

and the Mahan of Mahans!

A Real SathPurusha!

He is none but Lord Arunachala!

ParaBrahmam! SeshaBrahmam!

Oh! The Lord of Universe in Human form!

The God-Incarnation!

He sees HIMSELF in each and every creature

and all objects, as HIS own.”

HE is Kali Yuga Kannan!

HE is the final Guru in Sukshma sareera to you”

Guru Mahadev said:

FINALLY YOU WILL HAVE TO BECOME A RAJA RISHI”.

Sri Guru Mahadev soon attained MahaSamadhi in 1997. Soon after, Swamigal proceeded to Thiruvannamalai.

On the night of July 29, 1993, Swamigal reached Thiruvannamalai.

On the morning of July 30th. 1993, Swamigal had the Darshan of Sri Arunachaleshwara (the Annamalaiyar temple). Then, He reached Sri Seshadri Swamigal Ashram around 8.30 a.m.

When He was in deep meditation, sitting in front of Mahan’s Jeeva Samadhi, a voice from the Samadhi questioned Him: Why so late?” Immediately, He realized Sri Guru Mahadev’s instructions in May 1991.

On the same night He had the Darshan of Matha, Annai Brahmarishi Uma Deviar and received HER Grace. He circumambulated the Holy Arunachala, on the same night as per HER command.

Finally, on January 18th. 1994, at 4.30 p.m., in the Tamil month of Thai (January), on the day of Poornima, on the star of Pushya, when our Swamigal was meditating in front of the Samaadhi of Avathar Seshadri, Mahaan said:

From now onwards, you are one of my mediums. I want you to serve my devotees and all, (for material benefits, as well as Spiritual gains) and to reach Thiruvannamalai finally.”

This is the Divine Message, Sathguru Sri Rajalinga Swamigal received from His Spiritual Master, Avathar and Mahaan Sri Sesha.

Ever since, Sathguru Sri Rajalinga Swamigal has served His disciples and devotees of Avathar Sri SeshaBrahmam, both on the materialistic and spiritual planes.

He has initiated into the spirituality, several hundreds of devotees, who have sought Him from across the world!

Glory be to our Swami SeshaNatha! SeshaBrahmmam!

Glory be to our Glorious Swami,

our Guruji, Sathguru Sri Rajalinga Swamigal!

GURUJI’S TEACHINGS, PRINCIPLES, MESSAGES

With 30 years of Spiritual practice (sadhana), Venerable Guruji lived a life of Altruism, Selfless Love, Simplicity, and Sacrifice.

He lived the values of Dedication and Devotion to His Spiritual Masters, every Sesha Bhaktha and Swami’s Sishya strive to inculcate.

His Holiness was a living medium of Mahaan and Avathar Sri Seshadri Swamigal of Thiruvannamalai, for 16 years. He initiated all His Sishyas, with Mahaan’s Moola mantram, and taught us to experience the Beatitude of Mahaan Sesha.

At the stake of His own health, despite the trials and tribulations faced by His family, He joyously took upon Himself the task of alleviating the problems of His Sishyas, by taking on their Karmic effects, and in turn, bestow His Supreme Blessings on them.

GURUJI and the SESHA BHAKHA SAMAAJAM (and the web-sites)

Through years of dedicated and devoted penance, Sathguru Sri Rajalinga Swamigal brought into shape Avathar Sri Sesha’s Charithram (the Divine Life and Leelas of Lord SeshaBrahmmam). Day in and day out, for several hours at a stretch, He used to sit to prepare the manuscripts of Avathar Sri SivaSesha’s life and times, His teachings, the Miracles and the Divine experiences of His Bhakthas, and the lives and teachings of several saints across the country.

All of this text of epic proportions, was dictated to our Guruji, by Lord SivaSesha Himself, for the welfare of all His Devotees and Disciples!

Guruji’s only aim was to seek His Sishyas’ happiness at the Holy Feet of Sesha Mahaan, and spread the Glory of Our Lord, to spread the Infinite Bliss that the Sesha Moola mantra confers upon the devotee who chants it!

In the year 2009, Swamigal’s biography of Sesha Mahaan, went live on the internet, for the first time.

The first site on Avathar Sri Seshadri Swamigal, AVATHAR SESHA, (chronicled by our Guruji), with the url http://seshadriswamigal.wordpress.com, was launched on the 23rd. of September, 2009, on the auspicious star Hastham – Sesha Mahaan’s birth star.

Guruji had Graced over thousand of Bhakthas and Sishyas, during His lifetime. All of His Sishyas and Sesha Bhakthas, came together under His guidance, and more importantly, collectively as one family, sharing their Divine feelings and thoughts, each one had experienced with Sesha Mahaan and Poojaniya Swamiji.

Guruji’s noble dream, – AVATHAR SRI SESHA BHAKTHA SAMAAJAM, took shape in the year 2009.

The second site, SESHA BHAKTHA SAMAAJAM, http://seshabhakthas.wordpress.com, began on 16th. October, 2009.

With the Blessings of Guruji, and the Grace of Mahaan Sesha,, 11 sites on Sesha Mahaan soon followed. The contents of these sites deal with the Divine lives of Sesha Mahaan and our Divine Swamigal, the story of the Holy Arunachala, an understanding of concepts in our Guru-Sishya tradition, concepts in spiritual practices, the divine lives and miracles of saints across India, Divine Blessings of verses in Tamil and English, gifted to His Bhakthas, by Lord SivaSesha and Reverend Guruji, and Sathsang of His Holiness, Graced on us by His Beloved Self, and a site about Guruji and Mahaan, with contents translated into Japanese.

GURUJI AND HIS SATHSANG

Everyday, for the the spiritual advancement, benefit and welfare of His Sishyas and Sesha Bhakthas, ordained by Sesha Mahaan, Guruji, as per Mahaan’s instructions, used to reach out to each one of His Bhakthas, by sending them finely chronicled spiritual readings in the form of parables, inspiring account of spiritual masters, Divine instructions, and Bhakthas’ Divine and Miraculous experiences with Mahaan Sesha.

He used to spend nearly 6 hours each day, just to write, compile, organize and make His Sathsang available as a Maha Prasadam, to all His Bhakthas and Sishyas!

GURUJI’S DIVINATIONS

To His Sishyas, Guruji was a personification of Dear Lord SivaSesha. He was the Supreme One! Divine Swamigal’s home was Sesha Mahaan’s shrine, and during Swamigal’s time, Thiruvannamalai held the warmth of home. Visiting Swamigal was akin to visiting the shrine of Lord Sri Arunachaleshwara, and the sight of the Sacred Arunadri, set aflutter the heart of every Sesha Bhaktha!

The vibration felt in Swamiji’s abode was so strong, that one would involuntarily and repeatedly chant Sesha Mahaan’s Moola mantram, without any conscious effort.

Guruji and Sesha Mahaan, bestowed their Blessings to their Bhakthas through dreams and Divinations. There have been Bhakthas who have seen Guruji bestow Divine instructions in their dreams, a Vision of Guruji dressed in Pristine white, showering His Beatitude, during one’s meditation, a Divination of Guruji’s radiant face in their mind’s eye during one’s morning walk! Many have been blessed by His Sathsang, in person. Once He spoke, one never wished the moments to end!

GURUJI’S PERSONA

Always clad in white, with a regal mien, and the mark of the Vibhuthi (sacred ash), and the kumkum on his forehead, Guruji’s persona was very captivating and enchanting.

His voice was soft, gentle and reassuring. Whatever words He spoke, would impress deeply upon the mind of the Bhaktha. His eyes held the power and force of Lord Shiva!

His ever-smiling face radiated with Grace and Love. He loved children very much, and took great care to make them feel comfortable and loved.

His charisma and magnetism drew all alike, – children, youth, and the elderly….

He had Sishyas ranging from the ages of 2 to 94!

To shower His Grace upon His Bhakthas, he had visited homes, offices, hotels, farms and fields, and even wells!

He would, in all perseverance and concern, follow up with His Sishya, to learn about their problems, and offer prayer to Sesha Mahaan, for their betterment.

GURUJI AND GIRIVALAM

Guruji’s fondness for His Bhakthas was so deep, that He would guide and accompany them, for their Girivalam. There have been several Bhakthas who have been Graced by Divine experiences during their Girivalam with Swamigal. The long strenuous and stony roads seemed to disappear under one’s feet, when Guruji was with them.

The Girivalam would begin with the chanting of Sesa Mahaan’s Moola mantra, aspiring for Lord ArunachalaSesha to bless the devotee’s holy circumambulation of the Sacred Hill, – Lord Siva in a Linga Roopa. After a while, Guruji would, with great joy and ardour, narrate the Leelas (miracles), of Avathar Sri SeshaNatha. Those were moments of great delight for His Bhaktha, who would listen to Him with rapt attention! He then would describe the significance of the different Teertha Lingams in the Girivalam path, and also the inspiring lives of saints like Isanya Desikar, and Guhai Namah Sivaya, who lived in Thiruvannamalai.

At regular intervals, Guruji would ask us to observe the Holy Arunadri, and tell us the significance of the different facets of the Hill, as viewed from different angles.

During the GiriPradhakshinam, His Sishyas have felt different fragrances (those of camphor, sandalwood, rose, jasmine, herbs, shikakai and sesame oil, vadai, pongal, frankincense, and the like…), emanating from the Holy Hill of Arunadri, whenever Guruji was with them to guide them!

The sublimity of the Girivalam experience was possible only with Divine Guruji’s Presence. Guruji’s guidance was Sesha Mahaan’s guidance…

GURUJI AND SESHA PAAMAALAI

Guruji rejoiced at blessing His Samaajam with beautiful Divine verses from Lord SivaSesha,, received from Mahaan during His states of trance.

Guruji has blessed us with 141 verses in Tamil, including “Seshan Thiruvadi Porri”, an Astothram (a verse consisting of 108 lines), on Bhagavan Sri SeshaNatha. Many of these beautiful verses have been set to music, and the Glory of our Lord, sung by His Bhakthas.

GURUJI FINAL DAYS AND HIS MAHASAMAADHI

Somewhere around June 2010, Guruji had a premonition about His leaving our material world. It was Mahaan and Avathar Sri Seshadri Swamigal’s Divine Judgement that our All-Compassionate, Beloved Guruji was to join Him in everlasting Bliss…

For nearly a month and a half, Guruji slowly withdrew communication with His Bhakthas. His food and water intake had reduced considerably, and He went into long hours of meditation and silence.

During this time, and during His final moments, it was Shri. Seetharaman and Shri. Gokul, Guruji’s Bhakthas and Sishyas, who were very fortunate to have been of seva (service) to their Guru. Despite personal health problems, and financial crises, these noble souls who single-handedly attended on Guruji, for over a month.

All His Bhakthas grew very anxious and worried, and upon expressing their desire to be of service to Him, Guruji granted His Darshan to them.

On the 1st. of August, 2010, at about 6:30 p.m., Guruji complained of uneasiness, and His Bhakthas Shri. Gokul Krishna, and Shri. Seetharaman were with Him.

Sesha Mahaan’s call to His Beloved was imminent, and before His Dear Bhakthas could revive their Swami, at about 9:30 p.m. Guruji shed His mortal frame, to merge with our Avathar and Mahaan Sri SivaSesha.

Our Guruji had attained MahaSamaadhi.

Soon the Samaajam was informed about the news, and everyone was in a state of utter shock and disbelief.

To all, it was a loss more than mind could conceive, or heart could bear.

It was the loss of a Divine Light, a Life-Force,

a Sublime Love, that had ruled the hearts, of thousands

of Sesha Bhakthas and Sishyas.

Ordained by Avathar and Mahaan and Sathguru Sri. Seshadri Swamigal on the 18th. of January 1994, at 4.30 p.m, in the Tamil month of ‘Thai’, on the day of Poornima (full moon), under the star of Pooshyam, until His Paraloka Prapthi, on the 1st. of August, 2010, at the feet of Lord Arunachaleshwara and Goddess Unnamulai Amman, Guruji and Swamiji, Sathguru Sri Rajalinga Swamigal, has joined with Sesha Mahan in His Eternal Abode at the auspicious time of 21.30 hrs, at Thiruvannamalai. His Paraloka Prapthi was recorded as per the Tamil Calendar , on the 16th. day of Aadi month on the day of Shashti, in the Meena Lagnam – an auspicious time that could be chosen, only by a SiddhaPurusha, a Sathpurusha, to merge with the ParaBrahmmam!

PAYING ONE’S LAST RESPECTS TO GURUJI

The mortal remains of Pujya Swamiji, were completed in a respectable manner befitting a “Raja Rishi”, on the 2nd. of August 2010, at 6.15 p.m, with a wide presence of Sesha Bhakthas and well wishers from Thiruvannamalai and other places. The entourage was covered with sprinkling of flowers and chanting of Sesha Mantra.

The notable observation during the ceremony was the feeling of Divinity all over the specially sanctified ground opposite Thiruvannamalai, along the Giri Valam Route, adjacently opposite Simha Theertham. This is an elevated land, specially earmarked for the interment of Saints and Spiritual Gurus by the the administration authorities of the district of Thiruvannamalai.

GURUJI CONTINUES TO GRACE HIS DEVOTEES AND DISICPLES IN SOOKSHMA

Glory be to my Beloved Guru, my Lord – Blithe Spirit,

O tender-hearted One!

Who continues to shower His Grace upon His Bhaktha,

like the beautiful sunshine,

filling his heart with beauty and colour,

everlasting joy and hope….

Glory be to my Lord whose breath upon me

gives me reason to live…!

A Divine Sign to lift our Hearts

A lone multi-coloured butterfly came inside the Samadhi ground, circumambulated Beloved Guruji’s samadhi location, and returned after the closing ceremony again, to carryout the pradhakshinam (circumambulation). This was repeated again on the morning of 3rd. August, when Bhakthas visited the sanctified area of Swamiji for paying their respects before departure. The Butterfly repeatedly made its pradakshina of our respected Swamigal. This experience augurs well with all the bereaved Sishyas, informing all that the presence of Mahan Seshadri and Pujya Swamiji is very well within the sanctified area and will continue to guide us for the times to come.

Guruji’s Sublime Grace on His Bhakthas, in the form of a butterfly, has been divined at His own abode, by His family in Thiruvannamalai, and also several of His Bhakthas, across the country!

GURUJI’S MESSAGE TO HIS DEVOTEES

Om Sathguru Sri Seshadri Swamigal Thiruvadikkae

Silence:

The very moment when My perfect Master, Avathar Sri Seshadri Swamigal thinks that His speaking would be heard to His Devotees/Disciples, He will make me break my silence.

Perfect Masters:

They are free of Sanskaras: they have no impressions. As such, there can’t be room for actions of their own: Their life is one of inaction but made active because of the prevailing environmental circumstances. Actions of the Perfect Masters are prompted by the environment – atmosphere prevailing then.

When God manifests on earth in the form of man and reveals His Divinity to mankind, He is recognized as the Avathar – the Messiah – the Prophet. Thus God becomes man. It is God alone who declares Himself through the Avathar and mankind.

To Disciples:

There are three stages of disciples. The third stage is called the dog stage. At this stage the mind has no question to ask. It is in a faith state. Just as the dog follows the Master without challenge or doubt, the disciples has unswerving faith in the Master, and follows his instructions unfailingly. At this stage asking comes to an end. When spiritual progress has not yet begun as well as when it is at its height, there is no asking to the MASTER.

Hearing is not understanding.

Understanding is not conception.

Conception is not experience.

Experience is not being God-realized.

  • My Silence, and the breaking of my silence at the appointed time, will make silent those who talk of everything, but God.
  • The power House will never fail, provided the wires take care of their connection with it.
  • On the other hand, if I am beyond the level of an ordinary human being, in which case to judge me with your human intellect and limited mind, and to approach me with mundane desires, would not only be the height of folly but sheer ignorance as well because no amount of intellectual gymnastics could ever understand my ways or judge my infinite state. My ways-not to be fathomed by the limited human mind.
  • I am not for those who ridicule me and point at me with contempt. I am for the selected few who, scattered amongst the crowd, silently and wholly surrender their body, mind and possession to me.
  • I cannot expect you to understand all at once what I want you to know.
  • It is for me to awaken you from time to time, sowing the seed in your limited minds, which must, in the course and with proper heed and care on your part, germinate, flourish and bear the fruit of that True Knowledge which is inherently yours to gain.
  • All of you are fine birds. But few birds some time caught in ugly cages. So I have to awaken you then and there by touch in between the eye brows (the 6th Kundalini Chakra) to transmit my tapas vibrations (Universal Energy or Brahma-Shakthi or Kundalini Shakthi) to activate your soul and to eliminate bad negative vibrations from your brain.
  • The more the bow is drawn backwards, the greater the distance traveled by the arrow.

Greater than love is obedience.

Greater than obedience is surrender.

Obedience is the gift from Master to Disciples/Devotees.

Surrender is the gift from Disciples/Devotees to Master.

  • I tell you with Divine Authority, that you and I are not we but ONE.(Emerged from the Ancient ONE-Adhi Moola Arunachalane-Para-Brahma)
  • There are three kinds of seekers:
  • One who says: “I know God is within me and I have to seek and find Him.” But he has no courage and his rebirths continue.
  • One who says: “I know God is within me and I have to seek and find Him.” He has courage, plunges into the river and is drowned. He feels he has no need of a Master.
  • One who says: “I know God is within me and I have to seek and find Him.” If the Master says, “Drown yourself,” he will throw himself into the river, but the Master saves him, for He is there.

Avathar Sri Seshadri Swamigal LISTENS TO THE VOICE OF THE HEARTS OF HIS Devotees and Disciples.

OBEDIENCE:

If your obedience is as spontaneous, complete and natural as the light is to the eye or the smell is to the nose, then you will come to me.

The call of Avathar Sri Seshadri Swamigal is God’s voice.

RENUNCIATION:

If you renounce for me everything physical, mental and spiritual, then you will have me.

SURRENDRANCE:

If your surrender to me is as wholehearted as that one who, suffering from insomnia, surrenders to sudden sleep without fear of being lost, then you will have me.

FAITH:

If you have the complete faith that Kalyan had for his Master in believing it was night although it was day, because his Master said so, then you will know me. First and foremost comes our complete surrender to the Avathar Sri Seshadri Swamigal (God incarnation) in whom God reveals Himself in His full glory, His infinite power, His unfathomable Knowledge, His inexpressible Bliss, and His Eternal Existence.

Guruji’s MESSAGE:

  • To each one I appear to be what he thinks I am.
  • Do not shirk your responsibilities.
  • Attend faithfully to your worldly duties, but keep always at the back of your mind that all this is SESHADRI’s.
  • If instead of seeing faults in others, we look within ourselves, we love God.
  • Have hope – I have come to help you in winning the one victory of all victories, to win yourself.
  • Godhood is the birthright of every man. It is possible through love for man, to become God and when God becomes man, it is due to His love for His beings.
  • Spirituality is neither restricted to, nor can it be restricted by, anyone or anything, or anywhere, at any time.
  • Do not lose heart, but keep me in your heart and remember I am always with you.
  • All I ask you is that you love me most and obey me at all times.
  • Knowing that it is impossible for you to obey me as you should, I help you to carry out wholeheartedly what I ask you to do by repeatedly bringing to you the importance of obedience.
  • When you do what the Master says, the responsibility falls on him whom you obey, even when you obey unwillingly.
  • Being the total manifestation of God in human form, the Avathar is like a gauge against which man can measure what he is and what he may become.
  • The devotee (disciple), knowingly suffers for God and the Avathar knowingly suffers for the devotee (disciple). God’s Truth cannot be ignored.
  • Because men do ignore it, a tremendous adverse reaction is produced and the world finds itself in a cauldron of suffering through hate and conflicting ideologists.
  • Ultimately, when the tide of suffering is at its flood, God manifests anew in human form as an Avathar to guide mankind to the destruction of its self-created evil and re-establish it on the way to TRUTH. When He breaks His silence, the greatest miracle of all times will happen. Be worthy to receive the Divine Grace.

SATHGURU SRI RAJALINGA SWAMIGAL’S GURU SISHYA PARAMPARA

Sathguru Sri Rajalinga Swamigal of Thiruvannamalai, belongs to Sri Dattatreya Parampara (lineage).

He first received His Blessings from Sri. Shanthananda Saraswathya Avadhootha Swamigal of ‘Skandagiri’ (Udayapatti, TamilNadu), Sri. Swayamprakasa Saraswathya Avadhootha Swamigal of ‘Datthagiri’ (Guru of Sri. Shanthananda Swamigal), and Sri. Sadashiva Saraswathya Avadhootha Swamigal of “Ambal Sri. Bhuvaneswari Peetam”, (Parama-Guru of Sri. Shanthananda Swamigal),(Pudukottai, TamilNadu).

By them, His Holiness was instructed to meet Sathguru Sri Guru Mahadev, (“Kavimani Ashramam”,Theroor, Kanya Kumari Dist. Tamil Nadu).

The 19th. of August, 1987, a Saturday, was a Golden day in Swamigal’s spiritual path – He met His Guru, Sri Guru Mahadev, a Self-Realized, Great, Spiritual Guru.

Sathguru Sri Guru Mahadev, was a Sri Vidya Upasakar and & Sri Hanuman Upasakar, and a medium of Sri Raja Rajeshwari Ambal and Sri Hanuman.

He ordained our Swami to build a new temple for Sri Vidhya Hanuman just opposite to the Ganapathi temple. As per his guidance, our Swamigal built it over a period of six months, from August 1990 to February 1991.

Swamigal was trained by Sathguru Sri Guru Mahadev, in Sri Vidhya Upasana. He blessed our Swamigal to do the Para-Brahma Upasana (the ultimate in Upasanas.) Guruji was also trained as a medium of Sri Raja Rajeshwari (Shodashakshari Mantra). Sri Guru Mahadev advised Guruji to do the Sahasrara meditation.

From 1989 to 1993, on several occasions, our Swamigal was also blessed in Sookshma, by the Holy Avathar Sri Sadasiva Brahmendral, of “Kailash Ashram” (Nerur, Tamil Nadu), with spiritual knowledge.

(Adhisthana- Jeeva Samadhi).

HE is the final Guru in Sukshma sareera to you”.

He has initiated into the spirituality, several thousands of devotees, who have sought Him from across the world!

ON the GURU MANTRA

Disciple:

After a Guru has passed away, does the mantra continue to have his power?

Master:

If He is a Sathguru or SathPurusha or SiddhaPurusha, a perfect Guru, the mantra will continue to work with the same force. It also depends on whether the mantra is a conscious mantra or a dead mantra. A conscious mantra is one that the Guru has practiced for a long time and whose full power he has realized. That mantra has awakened his own inner Shakthi and unfolded it fully and made him experience the goal of the mantra. If you receive that kind of mantra from a Guru, it will awaken your Shakthi because it is a living mantra. But a mantra that one just finds in a book or hears from someone else will be a dead mantra, and it would not work.

It is true that a real Guru never passes away; He is always alive.

Our mantra, Maha-mantra, “OM SATHGURU SRI SESHADRI SWAMIGAL THIRUVADIKKAE”, is a conscious mantra. It is a living mantra.
